The Solutions Enablement and Training Team (SET) is responsible for College of Products (formerly known as Solutions University) which delivers relevant, accurate, and useful learning content regarding the solution and product offerings at TransUnion. SET works with Subject Matter Experts from across the organization to source content that they develop into interactive, on-demand, multi-modal training content that prepares our customer supporting associates to represent the solutions best suited to address the critical business issues of our customers.
The Learning Consultant role helps to deliver best in class training by defining competency needs, designing curricula, shaping learning journeys, supporting marketing and go-to market campaigns for our solutions. This role will partner directly with our product, product marketing, solutions consulting and sales teams to gather the required content and deliver the valuable learning, in the best format.
What You ll Bring:
As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting edge learning experiences for our customer supporting associates. You will be responsible for instructional design, on and offline learning design, graphics design, illustration, and multimedia design in the creation of learning content. You will engage with subject matter experts and project core teams to design, develop, and manage meaningful and memorable curriculum across a diverse range of topics such as products and solutions, tools and processes, and onboarding.

The Impact You ll Make:
Creating innovative blended learning experiences that are scalable and inclusive for a global audience. These experiences should translate product-related subject matter learning experiences that drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact.
Designing and developing training to support strategic initiatives across a diverse range of modalities, including eLearning modules, videos, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, screencasts, etc.
Developing learning approaches tailored to TransUnion s culture, selling practices, needs, and preferences that support our goals and strategies.
Building relationships and collaborating regularly with stakeholders and subject matter expert core teams for necessary input, agreement, and sign-off at all stages of the design process.
Facilitate asynchronous collaboration activities to maintain overall project plans, drive design projects towards completion, manage internal customer expectations and deliver learning content on time.
Designing learning experiences that are creative, meaningful, memorable, highly relevant, and ensure information is translated into accurate and concise training content.
Ensuring that learning incorporates a feedback loop and measurement of success: this may include KPIs, post training auditssurveys, benchmarking with internal and external training organizations, compiling and analyzing data, reporting results, etc.
Following content development standards and governance for training material development and maintenance, communicating standardized training processes to key business partners to ensure operational continuity, and identifying opportunities to replicate best practices.
Build strategic relationships and partnerships to support ongoing training development and team goals.
Operating with excellence. Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.
Although this role focuses primarily on content creation and management, there are times where this person may also need to facilitate live webinars or in-person sessions (25 or less), including occasional travel for specific meetings or projects, as business needs dictate.

Here s what we are looking for with this role:Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design conceptsExperience developing training deliverables in varied delivery methods (ILT, VILT, eLearning, screencasts, videos, live remote or in-person training, etc.)Strong relationship building, subject matter expert management skills and the ability to drive projects through the design process to completion in a highly matrixed environment.Strong expertise using Articulate Storyline 360 software for training materials development.Ability to work individually and on teams, as well as lead and influence subject matter experts.Exceptional communication skills and building collaborative relationships with subject matter experts.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to apply trends and research in learning design and sales enablement to execute against TransUnion s growth strategyUndergraduate degree and 3-4 years relevant experience, andor certifications from recognized training organizations (e.g. ATD, CIPD, etc.).Desirable RequirementsExperience developing sales training for a global audience across a variety of rolesSelling skills and leadership skills development experience a plusExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Cornerstone, Articulate Storyline 360, WellSaid, SeismicPrevious experience working remotely on a global teamImpact You'll Make:
