As a Learning & Organizational Development Manager at Verint, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape from strategy to execution. This position is primarily focused on local initiatives but partner in global program and is expected to make a significant global impact. The ideal candidate is one who dreams big, holds an excellent strategic perspective, a master of best practices, creative and innovative, but also have a passion and great execution skills, the ability to build programs from scratch, problem-solving attitude, strong presentation skills and above all - a talent of personal skills and collaborative teamwork.
Learning & Development Strategy - Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify personal/group/cross org learning needs and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensure a holistic approach to organizational development.
Program Design and Execution – Lead, design, develop, implement & facilitate innovative learning programs that address current and future business needs. Oversee the execution of learning initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable results. Ensure all learning programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards and Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in content and delivery.
Best Practices and Innovation - Stay in front of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and organizational development. Infuse creativity and innovation into learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness of development programs, develop team-building exercises and workshops.
Local and Global Collaboration - Work closely with local teams to understand specific learning needs and tailor programs accordingly. Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams to share best practices, insights, and push to ensure consistency in the application of global learning initiatives. Take an active part in HR and cross site initiatives.
Evaluation and Measurement - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs. Analyse data to provide insights for continuous improvement and demonstrate the value of learning initiatives.
Change Management - Support the organization through change initiatives by developing and implementing strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, in a complex global matrix.
Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization to understand their needs and align learning initiatives accordingly.
Vendor Management - Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs.
Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in OD & Learning position.
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and organizational development strategies and building programs from scratch.
Strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends in the high-tech industry.
Initiator, entrepreneur, exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, best interpersonal skills.
Showcase exceptional presentation skills in delivering engaging and informative training sessions.
A self-learner, passionate about learning.
Leader, a strong ability to influence and engage varied interfaces.
Highly organized, self-reliant, proactive, and experienced at multi-tasking.
Highly proficient in spoken and written both Hebrew and English
