　　Learning and Development Intern

　　Your role:

　　Support effective and high-quality learning delivery, in close cooperation with the Center of Excellence team, Philips University team, and other key stakeholders

　　Support on continuous improvement of Center of Excellence learning delivery

　　Administrative assistance and support on ongoing projects

　　Reporting and Troubleshooting

　　You're the right fit if:

　　A student enrolled in a local University studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Communication or related courses ;

　　Available for 12 months internship

　　Passionate and proactive person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;

　　Eager to learn and develop within Learning and development/HR function

　　Good analytical and communication skills

　　Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;

　　Advanced English both verbal and written;

　　Advanced MC Office mainly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .
