　　Job Purpose

　　The Lean Manufacturing Intern will provide general support to department to gain exposure and experience in desired field of study.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Support team with current projects and initiatives related to our EOS/Lean program (Enersys Operating System)Assist with special assignments related to EOS/Lean training to assist with production line/environmentAssist with projects related to EOS/Lean playbook and learning coursesObserve team members and learn about their role in the business

　　Basic QualificationsCandidate should be a graduate student or enrolled in undergraduate program.The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and written skills, strong creative quantitative and computer skills.
