　　The Lead Tablet Press Operator is responsible for all activities related to the compression of product as per formula instructions and assisting the supervisor on a daily basis.

　　Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

　　Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced

　　Manages the department in the absence of the supervisor and/or manager

　　Operates tablet press machinery independently as well as within a team environment

　　Matches all labels with batch records

　　Documents tablet press process information as per SOP

　　Loads and unloads tablet press machine

　　Monitors tablet press operation periodically and report any conditions to the manager

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

　　Military experience a plus

　　Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting required

　　Ability to write simple correspondence

　　Basic mathematical skills

　　Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions

　　Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc. within a manufacturing environment
