Lead Software Engineer (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ): Collaborate with product management and fellow technologists to design, develop, and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences. Design and develop full stack web applications. Work with product management to gather requirements. Mentor junior team members and guide them in design and development. Test and deploy the applications on premise/cloud. Splunk/Dynatrace dashboards for monitoring the prod environment. Build business reports. Troubleshoot the issues reported by both internal and external customers. Follow the Agile SDLC methodologies. Lead a team of developers. Of the required experience, must have at least 3 years of experience in each of the following: •Core Java and Web development; •XHTML / HTML5, CSS2, CSS3, XML, XSD, Sass, Scss, Bootstrap frameworks, Object Oriented JavaScript, and Ajax; and •Modern JavaScript libraries, including AngularJS and jQuery.
