Description:

　　Lead a team of engineers in the execution of satellite design, build, and test activities. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure project success. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and managers to drive the execution of satellite projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications. Oversee the entire satellite project lifecycle, from design to implementation and transition to operations. Manage scope, schedule, and budget effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved. Identify, assess, and manage technical risks associated with satellite development. Implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project objectives. Document and report project progress to stakeholders, including presenting updates, findings, and technical information to leadership and team members. Identify opportunities for design and operational optimization to meet program goals efficiently while ensuring alignment with quality standards. Own Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Concept of Operations (ConOps), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)/Fault Detection, Isolation, and Recovery (FDIR) processes, and other essential documentation.
