　　As a Lead Product Development Manager, you will oversee the development, marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product life cycle. You’ll partner with our business, technology, channel marketing, pricing, and billing teams to modify moderately complex products or product lines that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment while providing a competitive advantage for our product portfolio.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Voice (TDM & IP) or Virtual Private Network (TDM, MPLS, Ethernet, IP) product management (Certifications like CCNA/DA would be a bonus).

　　Good balance of technical acumen, project management skills and ability to manage many competing priorities.

　　Ability to strategically break down large complex problems into manageable tasks, and to overcome obstacles.

　　Be able to reach conclusions (may not be perfect) given limited information and lots of ambiguity.

　　Self-motivated, prioritizes speed over perfection.

　　Dynamically adapt to continuous changing environment w/o losing sight of objectives.

　　Ability to perform data analytics and research to make data driven product decisions.

　　Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

　　Experience with life cycle product management and performing pricing actions for those products.

　　Self-starter with sense of ownership who can assimilate quickly to the current highly demanding, results-driven environment.

　　Works well under pressure and possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power BI

　　Prefer candidates with prior product management and sales experience.

　　Prefer candidates with experience with developing and negotiation contract language, service guide, and/or regulatory matters.

　　Our Lead Product Management & Development earn between $143,800 - $192,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
