　　Reports To: Director of Nutrition Systems

　　Salary: $86,840- $105,857 depending on years of experience

　　Other Forms of Compensation: CDR and AND dues paid, CEU's, meal plan, cell stipend,

　　Job Details: The Lead Inpatient Dietitian Specialist position will consist of 75% clinical responsibilities and 25% management responsibilities. Inpatient patient coverage will include an adult ICU. Some cross-coverage may be required (e.g. general adult med-surg, general pediatrics, etc.). Management responsibilities include oversight of 10-12 inpatient dietitians and 1 diet technician, staffing, chart audits, and competencies (among other duties). Some weekends/holidays required. CNSC required, CCS paneled or eligible preferred.

　　Job Summary

　　The Advanced Practice Dietitian provides nutritional services for the Client and Company. You will work collaboratively with the team and clients to ensure the nutrition plans are implemented and departmental standards are maintained.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Provides nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-management training and nutrition intervention

　　Complies with all regulatory standards, including federal, state and accrediting agencies

　　Adheres to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies where applicable

　　Participates in facility-wide and departmental Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Programs

　　Identifies weekly treatment goals and communicates individual client needs to treatment team

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree and Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, required

　　Advanced Practitioner Certification and other advance practice, preferred

　　Minimum of two to three years of professional experience as a Registered Dietitian

　　Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required

　　Experience with computers and programs including Microsoft Office Suite required
