　　Job Summary

　　Concessions Lead Floor Supervisors are assigned to Areas of overall responsibility that include a number of locations where we sell food and beverage. This includes the assigned Supervisors for Zones within that Area . Overall duties include verification of Levy concession inventories and our subcontracted partners, proper product preparation and best-class display standards, the enforcement of grooming and appearance standards, Responsible Alcohol Service policy and procedures, food quality, efficient service and stellar cleanliness throughout their Area of the stadium.

　　Execute all concession decisions made by the Concessions Management Team.

　　Ensure "show quality" standards are maintained at all times through effective display and merchandising

　　Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained throughout the event. It is your responsibility to ensure that all employees stay within their assigned location and stay on task in the completion of their job duties.

　　Execute all security, safety, and responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards in the concession operation.

　　Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing

　　Establish rapport with guests, employees, non-profit groups and subcontractors.

　　Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and teammates.

　　Respond and assist with all guest service issues

　　Ensure operation and training of all subcontractors and non-profit organizations uphold Levy Restaurants standard operating procedures.

　　Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and are ready for operation.

　　Ensure complete maintenance and on site training of the current POS system and concession equipment.

　　Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

　　Follow and enforce Levy guidelines as stated in Creating Legends, employee training manual and handbook.

　　Ensure all stands and portables are clean, opened and closed down properly.

　　Follow responsible alcohol service policies.

　　Complete understanding of POS system.
