Description:

　　Lead an Embedded Systems Development team consisting of Hardware, Firmware, and Test Engineers throughout the entire product/software life cycle. - Work with the internal team from concept through development, testing, and into manufacturing. - Support presales process; qualifying prospects and developing a strategy to solve customer needs. - Interview clients to assess needs. - Interact with customers throughout contract negotiations and updates on project deadlines. - Plan, schedule, and monitor all engineering operations to ensure compliance.

　　MUST HAVE: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Embedded Engineer, Hardware Engineer, or a Systems Engineer - Embedded systems product development experience - Experience with network communication protocols - 2+ years of experience within a management/leadership role
