　　This person will be responsible for coming in and doing the trim out on the job, setting up equipment in the closet, getting the equipment set up and online, test the system, meet with the fire marshal to get tags.

　　If this person doesn't know how to program, they will bring in someone behind them to program. They will want this person to get certified and be able to program.
