   Job Description:

  The Medicare complaints team is seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented Lead Director to join our team. The Lead Director Medicare CTM will manage the operational activities for Medicare complaints.

  Develops, implements, and manages departmental policies and procedures while incorporating new processes into existing systems and workflows, adhering to CMS chapter guidance.

  Communicate trends, results and opportunities to senior leadership and key business partners. Provide recommendations to reduce complaint rates, identify trends / issues and collaborates with key business areas across the enterprise.

  Oversight and management of maintaining departmental budget. Recruits, develops, and motivates staff. Initiate and communicate a variety of personnel actions for stateside and vendor staff.

  Performs other duties as required.

   Background Experience Required:

  7+ supervisory and/or manager experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information to various audiences.

  Demonstrated analytical skills and organization, with superior critical thinking and decision-making skills.

  Knowledge of Medicare HMO and PPO managed care products.

  Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications.

  Previous appeals experience preferred

   Education and Certification Requirements

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $100,000.00 - $227,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
