　　Position Summary

　　Join Aetna/CVS Health as the Lead Director of Medicaid Network Contracting. In this high-impact role, you act as the overall project lead for Medicaid Network Contracting in the state of Michigan. You will work with the Chief Network Officer and the Medicaid Health Plan President to ensure key network contracting deliverables are met in existing Medicaid regions, as well as potential expansion markets.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　To be successful, you should have:

　　Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience including contracting, medical economics and field or national network experience

　　Strong project management and organizational skills

　　Experience with Executive reporting structures

　　Proficient in Network Management, Provider Contracting and/or Medicaid Health Plan Operations

　　Experience with Medicaid RFP response development and/or support

　　Skilled at collaborating and working across a complex matrixed organization

　　Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and ideally QuickBase

　　Must reside in the state of Michigan

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Ability to think strategically

　　Experience with managing a team

　　Education:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$100,000.00 - $231,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
