　　Automation Developer/Lead Developer - Python

　　Purpose of Role

　　Own and be accountable for smooth and effective delivery of tactical process transformation automation solutions as per book of work.Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of planned automation solutions.Ensure the right capabilities & certifications are in place for smooth automation deliveryAdherence to processes and compliance requirements for all automation solutions.

　　Top Accountabilities

　　Fluency in English is a must.Knowledge of Cloud Environment ( Azure ) with basic certifications is a must.Hands On with OCR AI ML algorithms for Screen Scrapping and Navigation across applications is desirable for development of python solutions in place of excel macros.Contribute as key member of Python Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) to design, deploy custom automation solutions in Python.Individual contributor developing solutions in agreement with the enterprise architecture, using the approved technology stack ( Python , Azure etc).Ability to create test scripts, conduct security vulnerability tests, integration tests, performance testing with Sonar Cloud ( SAST Tools ).Adhere to the existing policy guidelines wrt software development, deployment, change management.Version control code through tools in Repos to promote maintenance and re-usage.Understanding of Agile Software development methodology is desirable.Experience of having successfully engaged, motivated, and influenced a variety of stakeholders in multiple geographies and cultures is desirable.

　　Qualifications and Technical Experience Required

　　Min 4 to 7 years of autonomous design development and deployment of custom software and solution in a Technology organization within shared service delivery environment.“Bachelor’s Degree,” in Engineering, Science, Satstistic, Mathematics, or equivalent with minimum Pass in Graduation.Good Experience in building up a new automation solution with below stack is required.Language : Python, Anaconda, JavaScript ES6, VBA6Python Libraries : NumPy, Pandas, PyMongo, Open CV, Scikit Learn, Pillow etc.Framework & Integration : Flask , REST APIs, DjangoDatabase : MySQL, PostgreSQL (SQL), Cosmos DB / MongoDB (No SQL)Networking : SSH, TCP/IP, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/ HTTPS, Sockets engineeringCloud Architecture : Azure Fundamentals, Azure Pipelines / CICD, Functions, App Service etc.Visual Dashboard : Power BI , Power Flow, Power Apps.Security Scanning : SonarCloud or SonarQube is desirable.
