Lead Data Engineer

　　Your future duties and responsibilities

　　• Lead a team of developers and data engineers that build and deliver the components of an effective Azure Data Lake platform.

　　• Lead data curation efforts and ensure the quality of datasets.

　　• Lead and coordinate the technical implementation and ensure system performance, security, scalability, and availability.

　　• Design and develop ETL processes, data lake storage architecture, data warehouse, data marts, cubes, reports and dashboards.

　　Maintain libraries and repositories for data processing and management.

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role

　　• Ten (10) years of experience managing enterprise data management infrastructure, including managing on-premises systems and cloud migration efforts

　　• Proficient in configuration and administration of enterprise-level data stores, ETL methods, batch and streaming data transport, and API development

　　• Understanding of data technologies to include but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Oracle, SQL Server, and Azure Database services

　　• Experience utilizing program and project management tools, such as TFS/Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and measure projects.

　　• Experienced overseeing enterprise-level data operations, ideally of similar size and scope to this contract

　　• Proficient in agile development methodologies and have demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers

　　• Experience in developing and executing action plans to ensure security compliance and respond to findings if they occur

　　Analyze security requirements and design/build solutions to meet them. Provide necessary security implementation documentation Lead Data Engineer.

　　Experience with technical writing

　　Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship

　　This role can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $118000 - $190100."
