Description

　　The position performs lead role in overseeing work of Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Food Service Workers. Prepares, seasons and cooks food for hospital patients, employees and visitors.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.

　　1 year of Cooking experience in large scale, healthcare, or similar institutional food service.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree in related field or culinary school or equivalent educ/experience.

　　Coursework/Training: Advanced training in culinary systems and practices.
