Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to design and deploy innovative AI models.Key Responsibilities:

　　Team Guidance: guide the AI team and work with the senior leadership team to define and implement the company's first AI initiatives; The team will consist of 4 members

　　Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address specific business challenges and enhance product functionality

　　Data Processing and Analysis: Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data for model training and validation

　　Model Training and Evaluation: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and reliability

　　Deployment and Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality

　　Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and actively contribute to the exploration of new technologies and methodologies

　　Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

　　Proven experience in defining, developing, and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications

　　Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

　　Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing techniques

　　Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

　　Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI model deployment

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

　　We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
