　　APP Lead – Neurology

　　We are looking for an experienced PA/NP to lead our neurology APP team.

　　The successful candidate will:

　　Be able to build collaborative relationships with the Neurology Chair and Section Chiefs and share the team’s vision on how to move the department forward.

　　Have the ability to showcase the value of the APPs on the team and strengthen the partnerships between the physicians and APPs.

　　Have a growth mindset and be willing to help the APP team practice at the top of their skill set.

　　Be an educator and help mentor and train our APP post-graduate fellows as well as new APPs.

　　The incumbent will maintain a clinical practice in addition to the leadership responsibilities. This role is a collaborative position in the department encompassing patient-focused care, personnel oversight and development, and the development of collaborative team partnerships within sections and interdisciplinary settings.

　　Requirements:

　　Neurology experience (any discipline)

　　Demonstrated leadership skills and management experience

　　National certification from an approved certifying body

　　Ability to obtain/maintain a license as an APRN or PA-C in New Hampshire
