This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For moreinformation, please see:https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/11580259 Planning andexecuting a variety of methodologies in the overall project developmentof Oracle Applications using Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, Oracle BIReporting, and Oracle Security; Using Oracle AIM, EDM, EAM, MS Projectfor the project plan, Visio for the business process and flows, andSharePoint for the housing and sharing of project deliverable documents; Researching, planning and developing project strategies; Analyzingbusiness and user needs; Formulating and defining system scope andobjectives through research combined with an understanding of applicablebusiness systems and industry requirements; Meeting with projectstakeholders to complete business analysis and systems analysis;Conducting workshop sessions with stakeholders to understand theircurrent business processes; Providing Oracle ERP, HCM expertise for allOracle application related functionalities; Creating custom forms,reports, work flows, OAF extensions, form personalizations, DB objectsand shell scripts; Designing and developing new XML publisher reports;Creating ad-hoc extracts and queries; Creating new interfaces usingOracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus; Defining, mapping and analyzingbusiness processes and designing technology solutions to enhancebusiness operations; Analyzing business TO-BE and inspecting AS-IS todevelop recommendations to achieve policy objectives; Performing fit-gapanalysis in the implementation process to determine the appropriate fitof business requirements against the Oracle eBusiness system and todetermine the viable resolution for any gaps; Reviewing test plans andtest scripts for various business areas to ensure that all scenarios arecovered; Overseeing all aspects of testing including establishingmetrics, resource planning, bug tracking and issue assignment usingtools such as Jira; Training end users by conducting workshops andtraining sessions so that users can effectively use the newlyimplemented business systems to perform their day-to-day operations; andContributing and creating documentation according to the companysmethodology that includes quality assurance, change management processand business documentation to ensure that all facets of the projectprocess is delivered successfully according to the businessrequirements. Requirements: Masters Degree or foreign degree equivalentin Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, ComputerApplications, Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Businessor Engineering and one years experience in position or one yearsexperience in IT or Business Analysis field (or Bachelors Degree orforeign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer InformationSystems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Applied ComputerScience, Business or Engineering and five years experience in positionor five years experience in IT or Business Analysis field); andexperience with Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, Oracle BI Reporting, andOracle Security. Travel to various unanticipated client sites requiredin US. May reside anywhere in the US. Telecommuting permitted.
