　　Due to focus on providing our excellent customer service, Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Lead Agent – Customs Brokerage as below:

　　Support team working with customer to prepare & declare customs entry for inbound and outbound customs clearance.

　　Support team doing customs entry filing, physical inspection, customs liquidation at terminal (if request).

　　Fully understand and properly monitor all operational aspects of the Customs Brokerage department. This includes ensuring internal metrics, external KPIs, and operational process standards are met.

　　Set the standard for outstanding customer service and ensure that all client expectations are met according to the KPIs outlined in customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

　　Ensure customer-specific reports are distributed per customer requirements outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

　　Innovate and embrace a culture of constant improvement.

　　Review targeted customs entry declarations to ensure a high level of accuracy.

　　Represent the local operation Customs Brokerage team in any dealings with Vietnamese Customs Authorities.

　　Respond to any letters or inquiries from Vietnamese Customs on behalf of the local operation Customs Brokerage team.

　　Assist with new business transitions to ensure proper documentation is completed and procedures are in alignment with Expeditors’ Customs Compliance standards.

　　Retain business and/ or develop new opportunities from customer.

　　Supervise create and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

　　Offer guidance to customers on licensing, classification, valuation, duty minimization and other related topics.

　　Mentor and train Customs Brokerage team members.

　　Effectively communicate changes in Customs Laws, Regulations, and relevant topics to team members.

　　 Work with team members to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness.

　　Supervise and assist with related accounting tasks.

　　Ensure customer satisfaction and 100% service commitment.

　　Ensure customs brokerage activity compliant with company policies and standards, Vietnamese Customs laws and regulations and global compliance standards.

　　College or above degree or equivalent qualifications.

　　Certified customs brokerage agent is an advantage.

　　Good PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

　　Good English skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking), understand cargo - related documents in English.

　　Foreign trade & customs knowledge-based, experience in customs clearance.

　　Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are required.

　　Willing to work overtime, as required.

　　Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline.

　　Good problem-solving skills.

　　Good communication and time management skills.

　　Be proactive, honest, integrity, mindful and eager to learn new things.
