　　Program Summary

　　KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

　　Job Summary

　　Strategically manage food service operations within LOGCAP guidelines, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with military regulations, and delivering high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals to support mission readiness.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Provides leadership and direction to Supervisors, Chefs, Food Service Leads, Cooks and all Food Service Workers in order to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of Food Services.

　　Possess the capability to provide oversight and instruction to multiple Dining Facility operations.

　　Ensure resources are applied to achieve highest standards of service to the customer's specifications.

　　Monitor standards and completes relevant documentation.

　　Implements training programs.

　　Ensures compliance with company/customer health and safety regulations.

　　Plans and oversees the execution of special functions.

　　Training, and managing food service employees.

　　Scheduling employee work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered.

　　Complete payroll and maintaining employment records.

　　Ensure that customers are served quality food in a timely manner.

　　Regularly inspect all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

　　Ensure inventory of food supplies and other consumables, ordering necessary supplies as needed.

　　Verify food orders have been submitted in a timely manner and deliveries are received to quality standard.

　　Accurately tally and maintain consumable orders when necessary.

　　Review menus to ensure CONOP requirements are met.

　　Arrange cleaning and maintenance services including trash removal, pest control, deep cleaning, and equipment maintenance, as needed.

　　NAC-I Required.

　　Be able to obtain and maintain annual food service medical clearance.

　　Can operate and provide service in field and garrison locations when required.

　　Requires at least 8-10 years of Food Service Management or equivalent experience.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

　　Knowledge of Military (Tri-Service Food Code/TB Med 530) regulations and related policies governing, at minimum, food storage, food preparation, serving and Food service sanitation Knowledge of AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TM 4-41.11, TM 4-41.12, DoD 1338.10-M and ATP 4-41

　　Must have experience using AFMIS and STORES applications and have the capability to obtain an account

　　Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

　　Must possess a valid Serv Safe Manager Certification
