　　Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc.  is seeking to hire a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing Multi-Specialty, Community Medical Center with an Article - 31, Mental Health Department, and we are seeking to hire quality behavioral health professionals who strive to enhance the lives of others.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to:

　　Depression

　　Anxiety

　　PTSD

　　Bipolar disorder

　　Relationship problems

　　Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

　　Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists.

　　Provide supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs)

　　Maintain accurate records and documentation.

　　Participate in ongoing training and development.

　　Oversite of other LMSW, and LCSW compliance and productivity.

　　Qualifications:

　　Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State

　　Experience providing mental health therapy within an Article 31 facility.

　　Knowledge in compliance with Article 31, OMH, standards.

　　Experience supervising LMSW.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Strong commitment to providing quality mental health care.
