　　To be the layout engineer for oversea modernization projects in China Service Center,

　　to provide the drawings in the pre-sales and ordering phase according to sales and customers ‘requirements. Standardize and archive the layout working process. Quickly master the LDS and introduce the smart working methods to CSC. A self-starter to utilize the innovative tools or methodologies of to drive the work efficiency.

　　Provide layout drawings promptly and accurately during the entire sales and ordering phase as per the demands

　　Prepare the preliminary sketch to support the quotation/estimation/instruction

　　First version drawings completed after projects booking

　　Versions according to the change orders

　　Finalized layout for manufacturing

　　Support on sales group competence improvement in layout field

　　Study the specific country code and deviated requirement, and then reflect the variance on the drawings

　　Deliver the basic layout trainings to customers

　　Utilize and introduce the best working practice of layout drawings to CSC by benchmarking with the peer CLCs

　　Comply with company’s Ethics & Compliance Policies

　　Complete OPXL Associate courses and get the license on time

　　Apply OPXL Tools to daily work

　　Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

　　Experience: Minimum 3 years related work experience at elevator company

　　Language: Good in reading, written and spoken English

　　Computer skills: Microsoft OFFICE, Auto CAD, LDS

　　Familiar with country code and clear of the specific requirements

　　Other Key Competencies: Good team work ethic; Good interpersonal and communication skill; Self-starter, solution-oriented, creative and open mind
