They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, operating an aerator/spreader/seeder and general support of operations on location at our worksites. Technicians travel on assigned customer routes throughout the local area in company provided vehicles to our various jobsites. The wage range for trainees is $18 to $20 per hour.Once your training is complete, you will move to the commission-based pay structure for this position. The fully trained position is hourly and is exempt from overtime. You will be paid 20% commission of the production that you complete each day. If you perform any specialty work, you will be paid 25% commissions. Our full-time technicians at this location, had an average annual salary of $67,000 per year.
