　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Laundry Operative, you are responsible for ensuring that linen is available for all departments as requested to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Laundry Operative is also required to maintain cleanliness of the linen room and take receipt of stock. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Ensure Linen is available for all departments as requestedEnsure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptionsMaintain cleanliness of the Linen RoomCarrying out stock takes as requestedEnsure par stocks are maintainedTake receipt of stock and ensure safe storageManage customer service issues quickly and effectivelyOversee the issuing of linen via a requisition systemEnsure team members adhere to all Health and Safety RegulationsCarry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's managementWhat are we looking for?
