Description

　　The Cyber and SIGINT Solutions Operation at Leidos has an opportunity for a Language Analyst Reporter - level 1 to work at various locations. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the customer language mission. In this mission you will conduct scanning and sorting/categorizing foreign language materials; recovering essential elements of information; gisting, translating and transcribing; compiling and updating operational working aids and databases; and drafting intelligence reports. The Language Analyst Reporter performs tasks required to draft intelligence reports from voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations. This position is contingent upon contract award.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Performance of the following tasks constitutes acceptable reporting experience: conducting target research and analysis; monitoring classified and open sources for useful information; compiling and integrating information; and producing reports using appropriate formats for dissemination.

　　This position may also be available in Augusta, GA, San Antonio, TX, and Wahiawa, HI.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph required.High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 2 in audio translation and/or text translation from the required language(s) into standard American English, as specified in the TTO. Scores from a NSA Civilian Language Test of Record, valid at time of resume submission, may be used as acceptable validation for text translation and audio translation skill level(s). Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.Equivalent of four (4) years full-time experience performing cryptologic language processing in the required language and drafting intelligence reports.Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least eighteen (18) months of the four (4) years experience.Reporting shall be an integral duty for at least eighteen (18) months of the four (4) years experience.Two (2) of the four (4) years experience shall be within four (4) years of resume submission for work on the Contract.One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
