Workerswill be paid Bi-Weekly at $21.69/hr, $32.54/hr OT, Raise atemployer's discretion.Opportunity for higher pay depending on performance.Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools orequipment. Perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combinationof: mowing, trimming, deadheading, planting, mulching, watering,fertilizing, digging, raking, tamping, and transporting materialsto/from and across job sites; Install sprinkler, drainage, and lowvoltage landscape lighting systems using hand shovels to dig shallow trenches6-9" wide up to 12" deep, sod, edging, mulch, cobble, road baseand various soils and decorative rock using shovels, wheelbarrows and a miniskid loader. Install railroad tie products for landscape timbers about 8'long which are stacked to create landscape walls, mortarless segmentalconcrete units, and mortarless natural stone. Clean up debris.Drug testingduring employment for cause;Post-Accident Drug Testing. All drug testing isperformed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigrationstatus, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. Mustbe physically fit and able to work outside in inclement weather conditions. Noexperience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions atemployee's request. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements. Asingle workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from theworker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provideworkers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to performthe job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period,employer will arrange and pay directly for initial transportation andsubsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment forthose traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return totheir residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where theworker is dismissed earlier,employer will provide or pay for worker'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker willnot return due to subsequent employment with another employer.The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economicaland reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencewill be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of$59.00 per day with receipts.
