Participate in all areas of lawn such as mowing,trimming, edging, clean up, planting, sod laying, watering, digging, raking.Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities suchas: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move,push, pull, carry objects up to 100lbs (possible 2-person). Allapplicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described andmust be available for the entire period specified and work throughout allareas of intended employment. Outdoors, exposed to weather; must becapable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally inextreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate(+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Workers will be paid no less than$20.33/hr. Overtime hours will be paid at $30.50. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.Overtime and weekends may be available depending on weather and work load.Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout Larimer,Broomfield, Jefferson, Adams, Denver, Weld, Arapahoe, Douglascounties. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from thecompany shop or may report directly to worksite if indicated by employer.Employer will then provide each crew with daily transportation among theworksite locations. No education required. 1-month experience in landscape.Employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck. Workerswill be paid weekly. Raises and/or bonuses at employer's discretion.Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wagerates. Opportunity for higher pay dependent upon experience. Employer will usea single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. H-2B workers willbe reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (excluding passport fees).Transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extentnecessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place ofemployment will be reimbursed, if the worker completes 50% of the workcontract period. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker isdismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker willnot return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where theemployer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment ofemployment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per dayduring travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts.Employer will provide, without charge or deposit, all tools, suppliesand equipment required to perform the job duties.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employmentperiod. The offered wage equals or exceeds the highest of the prevailing wagethat was issued by DOL.
