Position Title: Landscape Laborer

　　LIGHT TRAVEL. JOB SITES ARE LOCATED IN JEFFERSON, DENVER, ADAMS,ARAPAHOE, DOUGLAS AND PARK COUNTIES. Employer Provides Transportation FromWorkTo/From All Job Sites.Position Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of properties using handor power tools or other landscaping equipment. Tasks includes: cuttinglawns, cleaning yard and flower beds, mulching, installing decorativerocks and small plants, seeding, trimming plants, leveling dirt,edging, sodding and repairing grass.

　　Rate of Pay: $20.25/hour + DOE (The employer will pay or exceedthe prevailing wage, as determined by the US Dept of Labor.)

　　Hours per Week: 40 (OT is possible, to be paid at $30.38/hour + DOE)

　　Start Date: 04/01/2024End Date: 11/30/2024

　　Work hours: 8AM -5PM. Work week is Monday - Friday. May require someweekend work.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paidevery two weeks by check. All deductions from the worker's paycheck requiredby law will be made.

　　No minimum experience, education or training is required. On-the-jobtraining is provided.

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workersreimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes halfthe employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the workercompletes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Inother words, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period,the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence fromthe place of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll.Upon completion of the work contract period, or where the employee isdismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workerreasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker willnot return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economicaland reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencewill be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of$59.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work forhours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week periodof the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the firstwork week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (excludingpassport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
