We strive to provide incredible and beautiful landscapes. BDP is an all-in-one company providing services such as irrigation installation, hardscapes, landscape installation, fencing, property/lawn maintenance and a full range of snow services.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Dedication/MotivationMust have transportation.Adaptability- some days things can change without much notice; our crew must be able to easily adapt to changes and handle them professionally.Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds regularly.Must be punctual, being late will not fly.Experience is a bonus but not required. With BDP you will learn how we prefer to do things. Your knowledge is valued but may not align with our values and goals.Compensation and pay:
