As a Landscaping Crew Member at ourLandscaping team at Boston Home Service, you will work on a wide rangeof projects, from hardscape installations to routine landscapemaintenance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in hardscape installations,including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Perform masonry work,contributing to the construction of fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, andpathways. Participate in routine landscape maintenance, such as lawnmowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation system care. Help withseasonal clean-up tasks, including leaf removal and winter preparations.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment. Assist with snow plowingduring the winter months. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain aclean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the team toensure the timely completion of projects. Qualifications: Previousexperience in landscaping or related outdoor labor is a plus. Ability towork outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and adedication to quality work. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Driver?s license. GoodDrive Record is a plus.
