Analyze physicaland environmental features of a site using GIS. Supervise and optimize thepreparation of site plans, design drawings and contract documents forvarious types and scales of landscape architecture projects includinglandscape master plans, site planning, and site design projects. Createdocuments for permitting, and administer design presentations for public andprivate sector clients. Manage projects and relationships together withmarketing efforts and recognize site development capacity and limitations.Conduct construction administration. Requires: Master's degree inLandscape Architecture or related field of study (willing to accept foreigneducation equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a landscapedesigner or related occupation performing landscape architecture design forlarge scale master plans through complex built site work.
