　　As a condition of employment, all new employees to safety sensitive positions must successfully pass a substance test within a two week period of their hiring date.

　　Duties:

　　A variety of labour and light equipment operation duties, including grounds maintenance (mowing with various equipment, cleaning up wind-blown litter, manually or with self-propelled fan-collection unit, tree watering etc.) and cleaning of equipment with high-pressure wash.

　　Other duties and projects as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must be in good physical condition.

　　Ability to multi-task.

　　Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised.

　　Experience operating equipment is considered an asset.

　　Minimum valid Class 5 driver’s license with acceptable abstract required.

　　A criminal record check will be required.
