As a National Sales Coordinator, you'll be an important part of a pooled support model, providing all AEs with sales support related to the initial phases of a media ad sale. Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between the New York Interconnect and our affiliates to successfully manage the day-to-day business. Manage sales life cycle through start of sale to end of order billing. Responsible for checking contract confirmations for accuracy and the collection and distribution of copy instructions.Responsible for uploading rate cards for core to our shared site with affiliate partners. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years' experience in media or advertisingMust have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented with the ability to follow through on assignments. Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of NOVAR, OSCAR, STRATA, SALESFORCE, CABLEPOST preferredExperience with Ampersand affiliate site a plusBachelor's Degree
