Our WIN Waste Innovations facility is currently looking for Laborer who is confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees. Essential Function: * Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers * Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container * Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas Physical Requirements: * Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills * Reach with hands and arms * Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet * Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs At WIN Waste Innovations every employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short Term Disability.
