　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　Uses a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment.

　　WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant

　　Loads and delivers materials.

　　Performs light maintenance

　　Lubricates parts.

　　Ensures compliance to all health and safety, environmental, compliance and human resources policies and procedures.

　　Additional Requirments:

　　Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

　　Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment, including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BRING

　　Required Education: High School diploma/GED

　　Required Work Experience: Minimum of One year of experience performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.
