This is a full time, salaried position at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. The schedule will generally be PM shift with approximately 2 night shifts per month. PM shift is 2:30pm-11pm and night shift ends between 1am and 3am.

The Laboratory Supervisor will be joining a knowledgeable team of skilled, dedicated and caring professionals at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista overseeing the PM and night shift teams.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Oversee staff of 20-25 employees on the PM and night shiftsResponsible for oversight of the activities and functions of a department.Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership.Ensures effective use of system resources.Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities.Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule.Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.Bench coverage as needed#LI-DP1

　　Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

　　Bachelor's degree5 Years experience in lab services with at least 1.5 years as a clinical lab scientist.Required Certification/Registration:
