　　The Opportunity

　　The position of Laboratory Production Chemist / Engineer is within our Cardiometabolic Unit located in Oslo, Norway .

　　In this role you will be a part of our Technical Production team responsible for producing materials for our diagnostics tests. You will be working independently but also support ongoing projects when required.

　　This is a temporary position with duration to end of 2024, with opening for extension and/or permanent placement.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Independently produce materials for our diagnostics tests in accordance with our quality standards.

　　Responsibility to carry out assigned tasks linked to the production, while supporting other team members when needed.

　　Documentation of the production process in alignment with current procedures.

　　Keep the manager informed of nonconformities in routines and processes in production and other quality related issues.

　　Contribute in project work as required.

　　Qualifications:

　　Technical College degree in process chemistry or equivalent and3-5 years of experience from relevant work, preferable from a chemical production environment.or

　　Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biochemistry/process chemistry, or College of Engineering, andPreferable 1-3 years of experience from relevant work, preferable from Pharmaceutical Production.

　　Competence with various manufacturing process technologies within organic synthesis including commonly used purification- and analytical techniques is desirable.

　　Personal competencies:

　　Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently.

　　Good communication skills in writing and orally, both in Norwegian and English

　　Self-motivated and driven personality with the ability to work systematically and accurately.
