　　JOB SUMMARY

　　Responsible for assisting laboratory technicians and technologists in conducting waived lab tests, preparing samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Also performs phlebotomist duties as needed and required.

　　Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required

　　Minimum Work ExperienceBasic Computer skills, knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, & some experience in a laboratory setting preferred.

　　Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

　　Required SkillsCertifications:AHA Basic Life Saving (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
