Provides day-to-day advisory services to field operations management with respect to labor relations and employment law issues. Represents the Company before Federal, State and Local agencies, at arbitration and mediation, and in collective bargaining.Major ResponsibilitiesServes as chief negotiator in collective bargaining with a variety of unions for a variety of FGA operations.Represents Company at arbitrations and mediationsRepresents the Company at the NLRB on representation issuesProvides operations management and HR Department with day-to-day advice and guidance regarding all human resources issues, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.Manages employment claims and litigation, and develops strategies for defense and/or settlement.Assists manager and RHRMs in the analysis, strategy development and communication of new labor laws passed at the national, state or municipality level that affect our employees.Maintains timely and accurate corporate reporting mechanisms for matters of responsibility.Minimum Experience & Skills Required2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in labor and employment law.Computer proficiency.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently but also perform as a strong team player.Good administrative skills and superior interpersonal skills.Able to get along with diverse personalities.
