Job Description

The group develops and implements wireless technologies, using Multi-Comm Wireless solutions in integrated products that enable smart and easy use of Intel products' wide range of applications. We are working on delivering world-class wireless connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

　　As a member of the Lab operations group, you will support the lab manager in coordinating the transport and storage of products and materials. Your duties will include receiving deliveries, preparing shipments, communicating with the lab customers and carriers, tracking shipments, and managing inventory.

　　Lab Operations Team Member Responsibilities:

　　Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.

　　Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments.

　　Organizing storages and processing shipments.

　　Monitoring and managing inventory.

　　Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics.

　　Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.

　　Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.

　　Qualifications

　　Student for an undergraduate degree.

　　Minimum of two years of study remaining for graduation.

　　Available 4 workdays a week.

　　Proficiency in MS Office.

　　Strong organizational and time management skills.

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　Customer oriented.

　　Attention to detail.

　　Experience with CRM/ERP (Advantage).

　　Highly independent.
