　　Job Description

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate• Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision• Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration• Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity• Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration• Regular attendance and punctuality• Provides superlative service to the client by performing duties accurately and within the expected timeframe• Documents work accurately, clearly, and in compliance with client's requirements• Understands and complies with the confidentiality policy that company and client has in place• Adheres to all company and client rules, regulations, guidelines, and procedures• Detects problems which could affect the work and brings to the attention of client• Works independently and efficiently• Performs sample preparation, executes assays or methods, and analyzes data, as appropriate• Performs instrument maintenance and trouble-shooting, as appropriate• Communicates effectively with client staff members• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner• Performs other duties as assigned
