　　Job Description:

　　Job Summary:

　　Draws blood from patients and collects specimens for COVID-19 testing.

　　Principal Duties and Essential Functions:

　　Performs phlebotomy procedures

　　Performs appropriate specimen collection on all preoperative patients to test for COVID-19

　　Registers samples and orders tests

　　Schedules patients for testing

　　Logs and replaces supplies as appropriate

　　Requires:

　　High School Degree or equivalent

　　Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred, willing to train

　　FLSA Status:

　　Non-Exempt
