　　Objectives of the position :

　　To develop PU Product lines and offer technical services

　　Representative Main tasks

　　Take Lead & Manage Research & Development Projects focusing on South Asia Market.

　　Define technical pathway & project set-up to achieve project goals.

　　Setting & maintaining Lab with all Procedures, Best Practices

　　To maintain all records related to development in lab as per ISO standard

　　To up-grade & maintaining the ISO documents

　　Maintain Safety & Environment Standards.

　　Training Colleagues in machine operation & other development topics related activities.

　　Support Technical team for trouble shooting and solving other customer complaints.

　　Liaison between India sales team & Regional technical team

　　Visit Customers along with sales team to understand the customers need & identify products to suit customer requirement

　　Keep & maintain the confidentiality of the Know-how and formulations.

　　To develop new / fine tune formulation as per the recommendation from Technical Manager

　　Coordinate with regional R & D colleagues for recommendation on testing and raw materials

　　To evaluate the different polyols and RM for cost effective solutions

　　To evaluate different additive from different source a cost-effective alternative

　　Visit customers along with sales/TS colleagues to support on trials and trouble shooting at end customers

　　Work closely with production team to source different materials to support sales team

　　Work closely with sourcing team for annual contract for various instruments / equipment’s

　　Contact equipment manufacturer / supplier to support in case of any break down.

　　Work in laboratory and assist to improve process and recipes.

　　Education & Qualification

　　Edu c a t i o n: Bachelor’s Science degree in Polymer, Chemistry or equivalent

　　W o r k in g E x pe r i e n c e: Over 5 - 7 years working experience in Application Lab , preferably from PU Industry
