　　Key Responsibilities

　　Gathering, sorting, and processing of industrial waste materials.

　　Preparation of clay batch and glazes.

　　Pressing tiles. Dry finishing and finishing tiles prior to spray.

　　Loading and unloading greenware for bisque firing and bisque sprayed ware for glaze firing.

　　Glazing of fired tiles to meet quality standards.

　　Inspection and packing of finished ware.

　　General cleaning and maintenance.

　　Be an ambassador for the Waste Lab with visitors and tours.

　　Follow department safety rules.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position (reasonable accommodations provided as needed)

　　Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures

　　Males must be clean shaven for mask usage

　　Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes

　　Must be at least 18 years old
