Job Description

　　Pinnacle Logistics is a leading provider of surface transportation, supply chain management, and related logistics services. We manage the shipments to and from over 40 freight terminals every day. We are growing rapidly and looking for enthusiastic, positive and talented people to join our customer service team.

　　Shift: PT Dock 2am-8am (Monday Night through Friday Night)

　　Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Loading & Unloading of Cargo - on and off trucks & aircraft.

　　Must have Forklift experience.

　　Transporting of Cargo - between Freighter and Passenger stands where required.

　　Physical Handling - of cargo warehousing and ramp activities, including receiving, dispatching, and staging airfreight, mail.

　　Training– learning and development with cross utilizing best practices are making sure that customer’s – staff’s objectives are met.

　　Customer Relations- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

　　Internal relations– ensure statutory the company, client policies and SOP’s adhere

　　Ensure all statutory and company polices are complied with, conduct, and assist with any investigation or claims that are brought to the attention of the business.

　　Health, Safety & Security– ensure compliance with occupational health & safety and TSA legislation and company policy. Develop and maintain positive health, and safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance

　　Mandatory Overtime- During busy periods, Pinnacle may require employees to work extended hours. Overtime is considered a condition of employment, and refusal to accept it when reasonable notice has been given is cause for discipline, up to and including termination.

　　High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

　　Basic computer skills

　　Detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Excel both as an individual and in a team environment.

　　Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

　　Professional, driven and results oriented

　　Must have Forklift experience required

　　Experience:

　　Forklift Operators: 2 years (Preferred)

　　Data entry: 2 years
