　　Works in a team environment in a controlled setting cutting kits usingan automated cutting machine, under the direction of a lead orsupervisor. Helps maintain control records, data screens, and exposureof materials.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Cut kits daily for value streams

　　Learn, digitize, and create patterns

　　Learn, track, and organize control records, data screens, and exposurehours and expiration dates of materials

　　Learn, make, print, and copy control records and data screens

　　Learn, operate, and maintain Kit Cut Machine in a clean manner

　　Read, write, and communicate in English

　　Use a computer

　　Follow safety requirements

　　Perform 5S Requirements for work area

　　Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisor

　　Work in a team environment

　　Be dependable

　　Other duties as assigned
