　　We’re Hiring EXPERIENCED Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our manufacturing plant in Harrisburg, PA.

　　Responsibilities:

　　The responsibilities of this position are largely electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance of mainline equipment. This supports the shearing, forging, heat treating and assembly of the steel leaf spring processes. Other responsibilities include,

　　Rebuilding spares

　　Small machining jobs

　　Working closely with an engineering team.

　　Install, modify, and service conveyor systems

　　Metal fabrication duties, including cutting, grinding, welding

　　Experienced in machine/equipment service and repair (i.e., bearings, drives, shafts, )

　　Equipment operation, including scissors and boom lifts; all-terrain, shooting boom, and industrial forklifts

　　Maintains air compressors, hydraulics, pumps, piping, mechanical drives, and combustion systems

　　There is an emphasis in making improvements to the manufacturing processes and equipment to increase up-time and efficiency

　　Required Experience / Skills:

　　This position requires an individual experienced in industrial maintenance. Must possess skills necessary to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on shears, punch presses, furnaces and various other types of equipment used in the forging process. Experience on reading electrical schematics, hydraulics, following Pm work sheets and personal computer is necessary. Experience on AC frequency drives, welding, machine shop / fabrication skills, and PLC is a plus.
