Do you have the talent, ambition, and vision to help us elevate tomorrow's world?Find out more about us here - orAs a leading employer in the urban mobility industry, we are always looking for a diverse group of people who can create exceptional value for our customers.Join us as aKey Account SpecialistNote: This role is not remoteMobility is the goalBilling Accuracy and Efficiency:Prepare daily invoicing for Key account customers;Ensure all Billings (EI and NI) are completed timely and in accordance with Key Customer contract terms and conditions;Responsible for accuracy of key customers special billing rates;Upload invoices to 3rd party billing platforms and provide required documentation including but not limited to work orders, purchase orders and time tickets as required.Collections efficiency:Responsible for driving improvement in DSO, Bad Debt Expense and AR Aging;Continually check invoice status in 3rd party platforms and resolve rejected invoices or invoices placed on hold by key customers.Involve key account managers, district offices and liaise directly with key customers to resolve key customer account invoice disputes. Set timeframes for resolution and monitor for completion;Communicate with key customers discuss discrepancies, investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, correct errors in accounts and confirm payment date;Provide statement of account to customers, Key Account managers and others upon request.Escalation of disputes to management as needed.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or Associate Degree with additional work experience in billing or collections is required.2-5 years general work experienceOUR COMMITTMENT* Fully vested 401k match (up to 7% of total compensation).* Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.* 3 weeks' vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.* Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service.* Parental Leave - 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child's birth or adoption.* Partnership with Maven Milk to ship breast milk for employees traveling on Schindler business.Equal opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
